She is not entitled to call herself a licensed clinical psychologist, but she can call herself a psychologist in the same way as a person with a Ph.D in biology can be called a biologist. Any legal definition that denies this fact defies logic

I'd say you're correct. The dems have some leaked information from the fbi and they can't introduce it without a new investigation to give them cover. They wouldn't have continually harped on having one if they didn't want the fbi involved again.

That’s my fear, as well. The Democrats’ insistence on a one week delay suggests to me that they already know what the FBI will claim to have found, even if it has to be manufactured. I hope I’m wrong.

Ramirez’s attorneys were bullsh*tting that they had always been ready to ‘cooperate’ with the Judicial Committee but were being shut out, stymied.
It’s on record that committee investigators were sending letters and emails time after time to Ramirez’s lawyer to get the allegations and evidence to them. This was many weeks back. Ramirez’s lawyer ignored the requests and continued to assert in the media that the committee was shutting her out.

So the FBI will now bust in on Ramirez’s attorney and get what evidence is said to exist, which is none. The FBI report will state no corroborating evidence to Ramirez’s allegations.
So this is a very good development.

FBI form FD-302s are the subjective observations of agents that they write down after they interview someone. The 302s are the means by which agents can commit perjury and get away with it. The forms are considered evidence in court.
Ds want any delay they can get.
