The libs try to make it all about abortion, but I think that’s just a smoke screen. There’s something way deeper going on here.

I’m convinced by now that their objections to Supreme Court nominees on the basis of Roe vs. Wade or “LGBTQ rights” are just cover. They know repealing Roe is HIGHLY unlikely, and would require years of wrangling. That’s not their big fear.
The Supreme Court being the last body that can grant you clemency before the lethal injection is administered might have something to do with people who have been plotting an overthrow of the government being somewhat concerned that the makeup of the court is not on their side.
THAT fear seems more likely to me.
This nomination has very little do with abortion rights. The Marxists are using women as a cover up. It has Everything to do with abolishing the Second Amendment and taking over the country and abolishing the need for elections.
Well I hate to notify ABC and the rest of the DNC/DSA MSM, but as soon as one single state passes a law it becomes a States Rights Issue, the Insurance Companies will deal with each State, and their premises will be MOOT. It is my great hope that this will be the financial and personal responsibility of the person having the abortion; then the right to choose becomes clearly a personal choice, and not financed by taxpayers.

If/when this scenario comes to be, the majority opinion should start off saying that, on the days of oral arguments and the subsequent writeup, the majority were female that day. The SCOTUS clerks (who do much of the heavy lifting) all self-identified as female as well.
It's scary and sickening because its completely conceivable that dems will void the rule of law whenever they feel like. (much like now, granted)
Bottom line; this must be stopped. Dems must be removed from elected office. Sanity must return to the courts where this type of crap would be thrown out of court from the get-go.
In fact, it's not too early to make this "rule of law" a campaign issue beginning tomorrow., one that we can win.

Associate Justice Blackmun wrote the Majority Opinion, and afterwards admitted it was NOT based on precedent!
R v W should have never been heard by SCOTUS, (IMO) and ‘Roe’ has stated publicly that she was deceived by her legal team - yet, we now have “pro-choice”, organizations who loudly proclaim, “Infanticide is my Constitutional Right in the name of Female Reproductive Health Care!”
P.S.: “Roe” has been for many years a staunch ant-abortionist...

Oh, yeah; never mind that the “law” that would be getting overturned is not even a law, and is just a ruling that has been “interpreted” as law.
Roe v Wade cannot be overturned as law, since it’s not law. The Roe v Wade ruling can be ruled unconstitutional, but then, it was unconstitutional from the beginning.
