I have 3 things I would like to share this morning and I’ll do it in separate posts because they are each a little long. Two in particular are very important and the 3rd is enlightening to a certain extent.

Yesterday, someone tweeted that Ashley Kavanaugh had requested that her Christian family and friends please pray Psalm 40 over her family & for the nation. Whether the tweet is accurate or not, I don’t know, but it is in character with Mrs. Kavanaugh. So please, let’s all pray Psalm 40 for the Kavanaugh family and the nation this morning – here it is so you don’t have to look it up:

Dan Bongino did a podcast after Thursday’s hearing. It’s an emotional podcast, but it goes to the heart of your tagline.
Everyone should listen to this – if you cannot take the time to listen to the whole thing, at least listen to the first 20-30 minutes, but all of it is excellent. PASS IT ON to anyone you think would listen & also continue to pass it on. Those who I’ve sent it to tell me they are “charged up” and after what has happened to Judge Kavanaugh, we all should be ready to go to war – the Dems have certainly declared war on us.

The formatting isn’t the easiest, but if you are interested in the interactions with the attorneys for Ford, Ramirez and Swetnick, it’s illuminating reading. In particular, you will be able to see why the Committee has concluded that Ramirez and Swetnick are not credible.

The first two items on the list of 10 are below & keep them in mind when you read the Committee’s summary of what communications/interractions they’ve had with all 3 attorneys:
1. The accuser uses the press instead of the process.
Every company has a slightly different process for harassment and assault complaints. Often it begins with a neutral investigator being assigned to interview the accuser first, then potential corroborating witnesses. When an accuser is eager to share with the media but reluctant to meet with an investigator, it’s a flag.
2. The accuser times releasing the accusation for an advantage.
For example, when the accuser holds the allegation until an adverse performance rating of the accuser is imminent, or serious misconduct by the accuser is suddenly discovered, or the accused is a rival for a promotion or a raise, or the accused’s success will block an accuser’s political objective. It’s a flag when the accusation is held like a trump card until an opportunity arises to leverage the accusation.

And somebody in Congress needs to introduce a bill to ensure that the proceeds from Go Fund Me drives are considered taxable income, with 1099's required to ensure compliance.
