Utah Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch, who has accused Democrats of doing everything they can imagine to stall Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s elevation to the Supreme Court, has sent the FBI a letter demanding to know if the bureau encounters more stall tactics during its upcoming probe of the allegations against Kavanaugh.

But, that would mean Ford was living under a rock. The fact that GOP would accommodate her and interview her wherever was mentioned many times in the days leading up to the hearing. Surely, an attention whore like Dr. Ford read the papers and watched tv to see what was being said.
Wait a minute. The suggestion that she be interviewed in California, at her home was all over the news for at least three days. I knew it, you probably knew it and so did everyone else.
They, Ford and her attorneys, lied. They also lied when they said she was afraid of flying. The truth is once again useless Republicans were played like a fiddle.
REALITY CHECK---The express wishes of Judiciary Committee Republicans was that Judiciary staffers
would travel to California to speak with Ford about her alleged assault. As an alternative
the Committee would interview her in private in DC if she preferred.
AND THIS We also need to know the terms by which the two lawyers are getting a chunk of the go-fund-me money pile raised for Ford.

What I want to know is — was Sen. Hatch’s letter to the FBI “sternly worded”?
The handlers of this probably had her sequestered away for training and to manipulate/control her. She was somewhere in the DC area and not given access to media.
Yes. Ms Ford’s testimony was very Clintonesque.
1. She refers to Chris Garrett (aka “Squi”) in non-committal terms much like HRC refers to Sidney Blumenthal.
2. She refers to “beach friends” much like HRC refers to the “intelligence community.”
3. The eyeglasses.
4. Ford’s odd vocal mannerisms (uptalk and fry) vs HRC’s coughing fits.
5. Both played dumb: Ford’s “it would have been nice to have the investigators come to her” vs HRC’s “like with a cloth.”

N. Both made serious public allegations without evidence (and before any investigation): Ford’s “Kavanaugh assaulted her” and HRC’s “the video did it.”
My apologies, I was assuming someone under oath would be telling the truth...........shoulda known better.
Every criminal knows that the trick is always to string out the process. “Did you know you could be interviewed in California?” “Yes I knew that” is very bad form indeed. That makes it her fault. Done. We can’t have that. So “huh?” is the only option, even though it’s an obvious lie, as you pointed out. But it keeps the question of blame unanswered and it keeps the clock running.
Q for Senator Hatch: While your getting po’d, Senator, what do you think of your colleague, Susan Collins, telling Mark Judge to make out and send back what amounted to a sworn statement without running it by his lawyer...?
Judiciary offered a second alternative----she could have been deposed in DC in private. Ford was apparently NOT informed about that, either.
NOTE: Lawyer Katz is a Democrat activist recommended to Ford by Feinstein.
It appears both lawyers were representing Democrat interests.....not their client.
CONCLUSION: the callous, conniving Democrats wanted Ford deposed in person before the cameras.
Both of her lawyers were well-versed in the Democrat agenda.
They were tasked to manipulate Americans into the despicable Democrat talking points.

Actually this falls squarely on Jeff Flake. I honestly believe he coordinated that elevator scene with those who supposedly were attacking him, because he was trapped to supporting Kavanaugh's appointment to the Supreme Court. Something that he desperately did not want to do. Thus it gave him an excuse to delay by calling for an FBI investigation. His next move will be to state that limiting it in the way it was has caused him to vote no on Kavanaugh's nomination.
