Christine Ford has not turned over her therapist’s notes to the Senate regarding her suppressed memories about Judge Kavanaugh abusing her decades earlier.
This may be because if the memories were revealed through hypnosis they would be “absolutely inadmissible” in the court of law in many states, including New York and Maryland.
There were also accusations that Christine Ford was under a hypnotic trance during her testimony.

But someone who writes papers about conjuring up past memories, can probably fake it pretty good.
If it takes a bunch of hacks to point that out, so be it.

Why is that “HUGE”?
Her appearance did not, would not, could not, change a single vote.
All the Democrats on the committee declared against Kavanaugh the minute his name was announced. The vote would have been 11-10 if it was held that day, or any other day up to the Second Coming of Jesus.
Anyone who would vote FOR Kavanaugh (and everyone who voted against him) knows she was a paid liar.
All Senators are adults, and know perfectly well that 17 year old boys try and fail to get girls tops off all the time, and sometimes they succeed, and (rarely) they go all the way, that is the nature of boys and girls, and of men and women, and such an event (if it occurred at all) was and is of no significance whatsoever.

Yeah, it seems that every other thread I see on FR lately is sourced from Gateway 'BOOM!' Pundit. As you said, who knows what's true and what isn't with GP. Ridiculous waste of our time to try to figure it out.
