(CNN)An envelope addressed to President Donald Trump contained a substance suspected to be ricin and appeared to be connected to similar envelopes sent to the Pentagon, a law enforcement source told CNN.

Indeed, could definitely be foreigners.
As for Moslems, I only doubt it because they LOVE blowing up things. Not real big on subtle, one-off killings. They love loud and obvious, along with lots of deaths in a short time.
