On Shannon Bream just now, Ed Henry reporting through Corker that he (Corker)says he believes they have the votes and BK can be confirmed as early as Saturday.

On Hannity Graham said he was not so sure when Graham was questioned by Hannity quoting Corker. All we have to do is lose Flake. If one of the sisters then we need a Manchin. So yes it is possible.

The dems (Donnoly, Manchin) will only vote yes, if the republicans already have the votes. Otherwise, they will not go against their leadership.
And this is just Corker’s belief. I don’t think he has any real knowledge of what the 3 R’s are going to do.

I appreciate the horse-trading and careful negotiation Mitch has been engaged in, but I feel that the time has come to just hold the damn vote and let the chips fall where they may.
If we lose Kavanaugh on this round we might just gain two or three Red-State Democrat seats from the outrage over it. It could be a worthwhile trade.
