I have never agreed with nor respected Alan Dershowitz. Yet today I am stunned to find that Professor Dershowitz had, more and more, begun to agree with ME.
I now look forward to seeing him on Fox.

Dershowitz leads push to seriously punish false accusers: Women who willfully lie should go to prison

Dershowitz is right - if this doesn't happen - women will be set up by thugs to 'do the perjury'... Just like underage kids run drugs because the penalty is less... Bad incentive to give passes on lies at this level.

Yet he still won’t say anything about prosecuting Hillary. He’s still got some major blind spots that need work.

“Women who willfully lie should go to prison”

Take it easy Al. You’d break up lots of happy couples.

The Queen of my Life lies to me every day telling me how handsome I am.

Lying in court?
You Betcha! Off with their Heads!

I am going to stick up for Dershowitz here. When asked about his trips to that island, Alan Dershowitz issued unequivocal denials of any physical contact with the girls there, meaning he didn't give non-denial denials, e.g., “It's really sad that people can't focus on more important matters...” If there's anybody who knows how stupid it would be to make a definitive statement of fact that is untrue, it's Dersh.

“”I fully support.””

I certainly do also. We’re never going to see the end of this if action isn’t taken to rein it in now. I think we should play the same games. With the midterms coming up, every stinkin’ demon politician needs to hear/read that someone has made allegations about them - even worse than what we’re hearing now. How about a demon leftist politician - pick any one - molested, murdered and buried small children in the woods when he was 15 years old. I don’t care how wild it seems - this has to stop.

No one in law enforcement gives a hoot about prosecuting libel or slander so have at it. Why not? We need our own Putin with his skills to put these animals away. We’re all sick of it.

Absolutely! They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent. This is all starting to sound a contrived and coordinated effort to subvert a lawful process. Seems like the same coup Mueller and all of the fired FBI people are part of. Just like some kind of little sleeper cell activated to destroy the administration of Pres. Trump. It all sounds like more players have been added to the treasonous plot to take down America. I’ve been saying for a while that people won’t stop committing more seditious acts long enough to get arrested.

When you add in what James O’Keefe has been uncovering they seem to be everywhere.

Dershowitz leads push to seriously punish false accusers: Women who willfully lie should go to prison

Boy, after losing their pussy hats over the Kavanaugh appointment, something like this may cause a lot of public breakdowns by "feminists" who can't deal with reality. Suicide week, maybe?

Using the same penalties as the crimes would have applied if the man was guilty. That plus generous civil judgements to the male victims. Maybe now we can pursue a few of these issues.

False accusers should also need to be forced to register for life just like sex offenders, and notify all their neighbors and coworkers when they move to a new neighborhood or get a new job, so people know who they are dealing with.

Dershovitz has mostly leftist politics I don’t agree with

but
he is frequently honest and comes out for righteousness, decency, morality, truth....

before anyone flames me for saying anything positive about Dersh, my point is simply that he is far more honest about many things than HilLIARy, Pelosi, Obammy, and all the rest

“Dershowitz visited Pedo Island with Clinton MANY TIMES.”

Got a source for that?

Epstein’s flight logs show Dershowitz flew on his plane only four times, and all of them domestic flights except for one round trip to Montreal. Clinton wasn’t a passenger on any of those flights.

FEDERAL LAW that you go to jail for the same amount of time as the person you accused!!!

I am the VICTIM of a false allegation. During my divorce my idiot ex claimed I hit her in the head and had me arrested.

THANK GOD I was able to prove that I was not even home at the time, I was actually at my attorneys office (on the phone with the judge setting a court date) so she immediately lost custody.

But if I was not somewhere with witnesses I would have been screwed. Even though I was not guilty I was still arrested and taken from my home, I had to move out OF MY OWN HOUSE until the trial, I lost a $20,000 contract and more.

She should have been held accountable for ALL of that- but the idiot DA didn’t want to prosecute saying “you’re just trying to get back at her”...

I had to tell him “NO, I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS THE VICTIM OF A CRIME!” and threatened to file a writ of mandamus to force him to do his job. [remember that one, guys]

I also had to remind him that they probably don’t like when women USE the courts to victimize innocent men, and of the money it had cost me having FALSE charges filed.

When they have eyewitnesses- including a judge- that the woman is lying, then they should do what they can to discourage that behavior.
