While Mean Girls Day is being marked Wednesday in reference to a mention of Oct. 3 in the popular 2004 cult movie, the parents of a former Seneca Valley High School student claim in a federal lawsuit filed this week that their teenage son was terrorized by false accusations made by five Mean Girls at the school.
Michael J. and Alecia Flood of Zelienople, Butler County, the parents of a teenage boy identified in the lawsuit as T.F., seek unspecified civil damages against the girls parents, the school district and Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldingers office. The lawsuit alleges that the girls conspired in person and via electronic communication devices to falsely accuse T.F. of sexual assault on two occasions.
Neither Goldinger nor Seneca Valley school officials returned calls seeking comment.
The 26-page lawsuit filed in Pittsburgh on the eve of Mean Girls Day alleges that T.F. was forced to endure multiple court appearances, detention in a juvenile facility, detention at home, the loss of his liberty and other damages until several of the girls reluctantly admitted that their accusations were false this summer

There is no amount of justice for this kind of pure unadulterated evil perpetrated by these women, Butler County DAs office and Seneca Valley School district.
“There is no amount of justice for this kind of pure unadulterated evil perpetrated by these women, Butler County DAs office and Seneca Valley School district. “
No, there isn’t, but there are the wallets of the girl’s parents, the school district, and the County DA’s office that need substantial ‘lightening.” That is the only recourse now, apart from tagging the girls with “registered sex offender” for the rest of their lives.
Brett Kavanaugh’s courage and fortitude is inspiring decent Americans to fight back. God bless him.
Teach ‘em young that false claims will hurt them AND their parents. And WTF with the “Mean Girls Day”? Is that some kind of a school thing? They need to learn how to be cruel and evil?
I predict chaperoned dating will come back into fashion.
Every boy is going to want a witness present at all times.
Funny how weve gone from chaperones to protect the honor and reputations of young women now the reverse is true.
The five mean girls should be given a facial brand, the letter "A", for a-hole..
Yes...chaperones. ..I predicted a couple days ago..only this time for the boys
It is getting out of hand.
Enough to drive a young man to suicide!
Pretty local but I don't keep up.
I was chaperoned on a few dates even going back to high school. Most of the time it was my date’s mother or elder sis.
I just made sure I had presents for the mom or “guard” and I kissed my date’s hand, which always impresses the mom. After that, it was normal.
My grandfather from Naples even told us before he passed away, it was “mandatory” to have an ARMED chaperone back then, from the girl’s side. :)
I say throw these five b*tches over the wall of a men’s prison.
I predict that the false accusations will now mushroom uncontrollably due to there being no consequences for the accusers. There must be laws made to punish those who choose to ruin other peoples lives falsely.
“Every boy is going to want a witness present at all times.”....
As it should be.

= = = = = = = = = =
Like I have been ‘saying’....NO one on ones if you the boss.
At least ONE witness, OPEN DOOR, tape - video tape if possible and/or legal.
Can’t be too safe anymore and this latest round of rampant runaway BS just proves it.
I suspect more guys will just avoid women and stick with videos.
And a lifetime on the sex criminal’s list.
“My grandfather from Naples even told us before he passed away, it was mandatory to have an ARMED chaperone back then, from the girls side. :)”
Sounds like a scene from the Godfather when Michael was hiding out in Sicily
