Sir David Attenborough has said the BBC still needs “white men explaining things” in television programmes, after the editor of BBC Four said “the era of that has passed.”
The Blue Planet presenter gently contradicted Cassian Harrison, who told the Edinburgh International Television Festival in August: “There’s a mode of programming that involves a presenter, usually white, middle-aged and male, standing on a hill and ‘telling you like it is.’
“We all recognise the era of that has passed.”
Newsnight’s Evan Davis asked: "I don't know if you heard in August, Cassian Harrison, the editor of BBC Four, said the BBC no longer wants TV shows in which white, middle aged men stand up and explain things. I'm sure he didn't have you in mind.”
Chuckling, Sir David replied: “I'm sure he did, because that's what I do.
“I don't think [those days have] passed, I personally think there's a place for that sort of thing, Blue Planet got one of the biggest audiences of documentaries in a long time. On the other hand I suppose he might say there wasn’t a lot seen of you. Which is absolutely true and a very good thing.”

That’s exactly why a lot of people are leaving the democratic party in droves. They even have a movement for it called the “Walk away movement”. I know quite a few who have called it a day on them, just blatant out and out racism that they want no part of. This is why I think Democrats are going to be utterly obliterated next month in the midterms, so much so it’s going to shock the hell out of them. More blacks and Hispanics support Trump now than the 2016 election, plus a lot more women support him especially after seeing this insane “accuse and find immediately guilty” agenda against Kavanaugh. A good female friend of mine who was the victim of a sex crime is absolutely outraged by this Christine Ford. She knew right away she was lying, says you never forget anything.
After watching the NC hurricane coverage it occurred to me that when S**t hits the fan you still call the old white man to fix things.
I hate to break it to Evan Davis but Britain’s is still very largely......wait for it......white. Of those white people, about half of them will be......wait again.......male.
So why should 45% or more of the population be excluded? Particularly when that 45% contains many highly qualified experts on various subjects.
The Left has a pathological hatred of white men.

I don’t think I ever needed David Attenborough explaining the utter BS of Glowbull Warming to me in his smarmy uppercrust British accent. BS is BS no matter who ‘splains it.

A year or two ago, the BBC made a rule that EVERY single program MUST have a “diverse” cast, including at least one black person in it, which is why Midsomer Murders, while still presenting an antiquated Britain, now has black people in each episode, just popped incongruously smack dab in the middle of an otherwise white situation. We Americans see British t.v., I think, at least, as it was before this change, as a microcosm of the real Britain, but if I’m not mistaken, they have had a big influx of non-white immigrants, plus a big surge in births among non-whites. If I visited there, which I used to want to do, I’m sure I’d be shocked that it bears little resemblance to what I’ve seen of it on t.v. over the last 50 years. I wish I could live in the 1950’s, sometimes...minus the polio, Korean War, and any other yukky stuff, of course. And can I bring my microwave and kindle with me?

Note also they push homosexual sub plots when there is zero need for them and no one wants to see rhem. they are contrived and strained, just to be there for the diversity police.
Well what they are really doing is trying to drum up hate and violence towards white men, turning them all into Goldsteins that everyone else can blame and rail against in the government sanctioned two minutes hate everyday.
