Sounds like cloture is over if I understand Mitch correctly? I know that Mitch filed for cloture, but I never saw anything about the actual vote. Seems like it would have been news around here.

Do they need 60 votes for cloture? I thought that was the Reid nuclear option, which changed it to 50?
