Full Title: Grassley asks Ford's legal team for records of contacts with Feinstein and Hirono 'in light of recently uncovered information'
"In addition to the evidence I requested in my October 2 letter," Grassley continued in his letter, "in light of recently uncovered information, please turn over records and descriptions of direct or indirect communications between Dr. Ford or her representatives and any of the following: (1) U.S. Senators or their staffs, particularly the offices of Senators Feinstein and Hirono, other than your communications with me and my staff in preparation for the September 27 hearing; (2) the alleged witnesses identified by Dr. Ford (Leland Keyser, Mark Judge, and Patrick P.J. Smyth); and (3) Debbie Ramirez, Julie Swetnick, or their representatives."

They better be removed from office.
Unless the FBI and Justice Department gets involved, I don’t see this going anywhere.
I might also question if Feinstein is still around in January....her race in California is getting some heat.
Its called a subpoena.
Issue a few.
And of course its someone more radical than she is running against her because CA is a one party system.
...”And of course its someone more radical than she is running against her because CA is a one party system.”...
Make no mistake, CA can easily find someone more radical than her. I wish CA would go ahead and succeed from the US. Of course, there are a few conservatives there in the farm areas, but, otherwise, it is very much like a foreign and hostile nation.
These EVIL DOERS will IGNORE HIM!! They MUST BE PROSECUTED!! Everyone that brought up FALSE CHARGES MUST BE PROSECUTED!!
And if we here on FR (who dig into this stuff daily) think we know the dirty details, we can rest assured that Grassley, McConnell, and the POTUS know infinitely more.
Payback is gonna be a beatch.
Now it’s becoming clearer why Feinstein was in tears yesterday.
****, meet fan.
Ms. McLeans lawyer, David Laufman, said in a statement: Any notion or claim that Ms. McLean pressured Leland Keyser to alter Ms. Keysers account of what she recalled concerning the alleged incident between Dr. Ford and Brett Kavanaugh is absolutely false.
DOJ National Security Division Official, David Laufman, Quits
Posted on February 8, 2018
David Laufman was the Department of Justice, National Security Division, Deputy Asst. Attorney General in charge of counterintelligence, cyber security, counterespionage and export controls.
As most people are now aware the epicenter of the DOJ/FBI Clinton-Steele operation against candidate Trump stemmed from a collaborate small group effort of Main Justice officials within the National Security Division (John P Carlin head), and officials within the FBI centered around the Counterintelligence Division (Bill Priestap head).
In his former position, Laufman would have been involved and hold knowledge of the FISA Title-1 surveillance program initiated on target Carter Page and the incidental Trump campaign officials. Laufman would also have close contact with former Asst. Deputy Attorney Bruce Ohr; husband of Fusion GPS employee Nellie Ohr.
David Laufman also participated in the July 2nd 2016 interview of Hillary Clinton:
I believe if Trump weren’t president the Republicans would let it slide. Now the Democrats are going to regret they ever called for the FBI investigation.
Sen Grassley’s letter:
Ms. Debra S. Katz
Ms. Lisa J. Banks
Mr. Joseph E. Abboud
Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP
1718 Connecticut Avenue NW
Washington, D.C. 20009
Dear Ms. Katz, Ms. Banks, Mr. Abboud, and Mr. Bromwich:
Im writing in response to your response to my letter dated October 2. You said that Dr. Ford is willing to turn her documents over to the FBI, but my request of you was not for documents to be turned over to the FBI. I asked you to provide the documents to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Your response on behalf of your client is a non-sequitur. The Constitution charges the Senate with advising the President on his nomination. Senators have a constitutional obligation to investigate and evaluate independently the Presidents nominees. Our obligation is unrelated to anything the FBI does. Thats why we dont just vote on nominees after the President loans us the FBI background investigation. We have to make our own assessment.
The U.S. Senate doesnt control the FBI. If you have an objection to how the FBI conducts its investigations, take it up with Director Wray. But dont raise that objection as a reason not to respond to this Committees demand for relevant evidence. The FBIs investigative decisions arent our concern. Even if the FBI never interviews Dr. Ford, or interviews her ten times, this Committee has a constitutional obligation to investigate Dr. Fords allegations, and thats what weve been doing since we became aware of her allegations.
Its not even clear to me what purpose turning over these materials to the FBI would accomplish. The FBI would simply turn over that evidence to the Senate. That is precisely the outcome I seek with this request.
You have claimed repeatedly that the evidence I have requested supports Dr. Fords allegations against Judge Kavanaugh. She even provided some of this evidence to national news organizations. Accordingly, there is no reason for you to not produce the evidence to the Senate. Indeed, if the evidence supported your clients allegations, you surely would produce it as quickly as you could.
But you have repeatedly refused to produce this evidence to the Senate. In doing so, you are preventing the Senate from considering the evidence most crucial to Dr. Fords allegations. I dont know what other inference we should draw from your refusal but that the withheld evidence does not support Dr. Fords allegations in quite the way you have claimed.
I urge you once again, now for the third time in writing, to turn over the therapy notes, polygraph materials, and communications with The Washington Post that Dr. Ford has relied upon as evidence. In addition to the evidence I requested in my October 2 letter, in light of recently uncovered information, please turn over records and descriptions of direct or indirect communications between Dr. Smyth); and (3) Debbie Ramirez, Julie Swetnick, or their representatives.

Trump's courage is empowering the soldiers in his army, whether they are in Congress or on main street.
It's a wonderful thing to behold.
Probably a lot of money from babies murdered by Planned Parenthood that she stands to lose. I truly believe these creeps in government get a kickback.
They need to go on a close up volcano sightseeing tour.
Methinks Laufman protests too much
Grassley's making the men of America happy----if he's got something on Crazy Maisie Hirono who bugged men.....telling them to "shut up."
