Unsolicited Advice to Judge Kavanaugh: Sue Them All
Real Clear Politics ^ | October 05, 2018 | L. Lin Wood

“Which office do I go to get my reputation back?” -- former Labor Secretary Ray Donovan.

No such office exists. There is no office where a person can go to get back his or her good name after a lifetime of effort and achievement is destroyed in a moment by unsubstantiated accusations. But under our system of justice there is a place where an individual can go to seek redress and accountability for accusations that destroy reputation. Judge Kavanaugh, you have spent much of your adult life there – that place is a court of law.

I gave this same advice to Richard Jewell in 1996 when he was falsely accused of the terrorist bombing of Centennial Park while the world was watching the media frenzy that occurred during the Olympic Games in Atlanta. The media and Richard’s “friends” accused him on a daily basis until the truth finally emerged. Initially, Richard did not want to sue, but he knew that the option of doing nothing was unacceptable. A line had been crossed. Richard had no other place to go to seek redress and accountability. Richard never regretted taking legal action and, in the process, he achieved a measure of justice. I predict you would as well.

It will never stop until one of these liars pays a price. I don’t understand why Ray Moore just took his ruined life and went home. Isn’t he a good enough lawyer to go court and fight for his reputation?

I posted something similar not seeing this one. If I had seen it, I would have just commented on this one.

The left wants to use the courts as a tool for their political bias ..

If I were Kavanagh I’d give him a dose of their medicine from the bench

There is a case out there somewhere where citizens have abused citizens waiting to be heard

I think if he loses you can count on it. At this this point they have wrecked his progressional life. He even lost his teaching position. The little snowflakes refuse to taught by a “woman abusing monster”. Sue these bastards into the soup kitchen.

I’ll be a witness for Brett. Before all this I thought he was a great choice, then the stories can out and I started to question if Brett was qualified for the court. So in my eyes the Libs have damaged Brett reputation. So I’ll be glad to testify to the damage done!

Richard Jewell is just one of many White males who was thrown into the fire as a sacrifice to the god of pc. He was expendable. Nobody cared about a White male.

Kavanaugh is hated because he’s the perfect normal male, a husband and a father, who follows strict moral principles, and who doesn’t like killing babies.

I wish Kavanaugh would sue. He won’t.

For sure-because if HE doesn’t have ‘recourse’ in the law... where do WE stand??

A precedent is needed. (Frankly-I am not so sure one does not exist, in these4 many years the US has existed as a nation.)

The Democrats are only protected for speech that is from the well of the Senate. That is why Harry Reid only besmirched Romney from the well.

They are all liable for speech at any press conference, public gathering, or anyplace outside the well.

I hope he sues them into poverty.

I think because we/they had not learned to fight quite yet. My word, Lindsey Graham, and few others found their fire.

Dennis Prager told a great story about this yesterday. To summarize:

A man slandered and told lies about a rabbi. He then went to the rabbi and begged for forgiveness.

Man: Rabbi, can you forgive me?
Rabbi: Yes, but first you must do something. Bring me three feather pillows.
Man: brings 3 pillows. Now will you forgive me?
Rabbi: Not yet. Cut the pillows open.
Man: cuts the pillows open. Now can you forgive me?
Rabbi: Not yet. Go outside and throw the pillows into the air.
Man: does as required. Now can you forgive me, Rabbi?
Rabbi: Not yet. You must go outside and bring me all the feathers

I am about as anti lawsuit as it gets and I think he should sue. Absolutely should sue that porn lawyer, and DiFi...likely at least a couple in the media for starters.

If it looks better have his wife sue for damages to the family- something needs to be done.

“ChiFi should be personally sued into oblivion.”

And she and he slimy third husband Tricky Dicky Blum have a lot of money. most of which they “earned” getting sweet real estate deals from the government. Kavanaugh should hire a junk yard dog lawyer and tell him to break them both!

This is a necessity. He can’t go on with half the country thinking that he got away with something. In order to do that, he must make sure that THEY don’t get away with it.
