I think Grassley has the goods on Feinstein, but the Senate band GOP leadership don’t want him to pursue it.

The question I would have, for any lawyers out there:
Does this letter qualify as "The Obligation to Preserve Electronic Evidence"?
My hope is that this letter requires Ford, and her lawyers, to preserve all documents and that the committee follows up with subpoenas.

I never bought her act. Just the timing of her contacting the Rat DiFi - that alone was enough to know this was a ruse.
And then her look. Someone did a great job noticing and capturing her face.
This was an “operation”. At a minimum, a partisan smear campaign, organized and financed by Barack and Hillary supporters (because you know they are, deep down).
Its never smart to show your hand in public.

The lawyers stated they would be happy to turn over the stuff when the FBI interviewed Fraud. Since the FBI #7 is over the lawyers don’t seem to care about Grassley.
This needs to be referred to the DOJ for a grand jury. Shining some light on this conspiracy would go a long way in removing any supposed “taint” on K’s confirmation.
And, thus assuring more of the same in the future!

They must pursue this with everything and fast. Chuckie is already using the poor bullied survivor BS. SNL already had their old mean white men skit ready to go and that is going viral. The GOP better go on full bore offense or they will lose the momentum.
