Hope so. Don’t always want to wait for the Supremes to settle an issue.
I wonder if Judge Kavanaugh has a mind to straighten out Kagen and Sotomayer? Tough nut to crack I know, but...

Are 26 Circuit Court judges enough for you? Soon to be 27 (he has to re-fill Kavanaugh’s seat...and THAT will also be a big fight). 26 out of, I believe, 192...in less than 2 years. Thank God that Obama is a lazy mofo, otherwise he’d have really screwed up the courts for decades.
