Went into a Sears a couple years ago and not one GD floor person came up to ask if we needed help. They acted like we should be in honor in being in there.
If they would have continued with their catalog sales and actually sent them out like they used to-to customers who went to their stores at least, they could’ve advertised the fact that they still send out catalogs so you could actually see what you are looking for without taking a chance at being hacked online. IMO, this could have worked. But hey! The pencil pushers know better right?
Harbor Freight does that and you can turn through the pages and see what kind of cheap crap they have for sale. Northern tool also.
