Arrest & deport based upon actual convictions, not decades old madeup hearsay.

Libs will charge this is payback for Christine Ford.

on C-Span today a caller to the mornign journal show said he had a real issue with those who call them illegal aliens. To this man everyone coming to the USofA legal or illegal are immigrants, people and to say alien means from space.

The guy is living in hate and ignorance against Trump and many of us becasue the guy doesn’t even bother to read the definition of the word alien.

Multiply that by some thousands and that equals how many ignorant folks in the bleeding heart “help the illegals” group. too lazy to read a definition and maybe learn some thing instea dof just relying on what they are told from dems or some movie/story based characters in their minds.

Why do they blame Kavanaugh for a law that was passed more than 20 years ago by legislators?

Journalists should be required to take a college level civics course.

2 of the 3 in the class just had misdemeanors, but the 3rd has multiple felonies including firearms by a felon conviction.

Newly seated Justice Brett Kavanaugh spoke up Wednesday in defense of the Trump administration’s view that legal immigrants with criminal records can be arrested and held for deportation, even years after they were convicted and completed their sentences. At issue is a federal law that calls for mandatory detention and possible deportation for “criminal aliens,” including legal immigrants convicted of crimes ranging from violent felonies to simple drug possession.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As it should be.
The only reason some of them are still here is that previous Presidents refused to enforce the laws.
I want to deport ILLEGALS because THEY DON’T BELONG HERE - IT’S NOT THEIR COUNTRY.
IF A PERSON BREAKS INTO MY HOME IT DOESN’T OBLIGATE ME TO SUPPORT THEM til I die. These people broke our laws the minute they broke into our country.
The article blames Trump. But the law was passed in 1996 and signed into law by . . . William Jefferson Clinton.
The Left does not even bother with trying to get the law changed, as usual it wants judges to tell law enforcement to just not follow the law.
That is what the Left has been doing all through the modern era - making the judiciary an unlected and unchallengable super legislature, remaking law from the bench and ignoring there is no prescribing mandate from the Constitution for doing so; just inventing one from that “living Constitution” that exists no where on paper.
Illegally entering the United States should be a felony.
What am I missing here? If a legal immigrant is convicted of a felony, I don’t see what’s at issue. Such individuals deserve the same treatment as native-born citizens who commit a felony. That being the case, there is even less room for debate when it comes to an illegal felon.
Perhaps this gets into statute of limitations, in which case the ruling could not apply uniformly to all cases. Any lawyers, feel free to explain. Thanks
I don’t like the term “illegal aliens” either. I prefer the term “foreign invaders”.
You can just contract “illegal aliens” or “foreign invaders” down to “crimaliens”.
The law is the law. And we are a country of laws, not men. Well, we are since Trump was elected.
Now let’s talk about traitors and seditionists.
deporting immigrants for crimes committed years earlier
Maine is overrun by Somalians, cruely forced upon a "whitebread" and Christian working populace by former Congressman and Governor Baldacci and the Catholic Charities of Maine. Many, or most, are consummate parasites who moved up here from a Southern state, after being invited and discovering the better freebies. (stupid RATs strike again)
Many, or most, are criminals of one type or another; fraud, identity theft, assault, domestic abuse etc...after all, they are mozlums.
GET EM OUT!!!
