I’ve read in several places that Ginsburg’s melanoma has reoccurred and that she’s going to retire in Jan. 2019.

At the very least, it’s time to replace The Sleepwalker.

“She looked extremely “puffy” to me. Not just overweight, but very puffy, especially her face.”

Renal failure as a result of her Type I diabetes.

All those in live with Amy Comey Barret ought to read her comments on Roe v. Wade She won’t vote to over turn it

Any comments made by potential Supreme Court Justices are for public consumption. They don't mean much, and Barret has stated that decisions wrongly decided are subject to reversal, and she cited a few of the most notorious decisions that were rightfully reversed.

Now that Ginsberg realizes she will no longer be able to influence a 5-4 decision, there is little reason for her to stick around. If she is still around when it gets to a 6-3 conservative majority, she’ll definitely retire.

Trump has a very real chance of 4 more

Breyer, Ginsberg, Thomas and Sotomayor

Odds are if they can Ginsberg and Breyer May wait until re-electionhoping for a D win... which short of a complete economic collapse ain’t happening. But 4 more years on that??

And Sotomayor s Type 1 diabetes may force her to retire... maybe not, but she is already 64 and the average lifespan with type 1 is 67.. sure she has great health care, but health may force her out before 2024.

You know the writer is a Never Trumper by the title of the article. Tucker Carlson said the Never Trumpers keep projecting on POTUS their sins/flaws, like controlling SCOTUS.

There is no reason for the Senate to ever be in Democrat hands. There are many more red states than blue states. Republicans in red sates should simply stop voting for Democrat senators!

There’s been some talk of Clarence Thomas retiring so as to give Trump another appointment.

If we retain the Senate, and especially if we increase our margin, it would make sense for Thomas to retire, and Trump to replace him with whoever Thomas thinks would best carry on his legacy.

I have read that either Kagan or Sotomeyer has health problems.

Kagan is healthy. Sotomeyer is diabetic and has not been looking good the past year.

After putting two conservatives on the Supreme Court in 20 months—Neil Gorsuch and now Brett Kavanaugh—President Trump could easily get one, perhaps even two more chances to make his mark on this third branch of the federal government...

For the right, "Supreme Joy".

For the left...
