This never should have happened. The charges should have been dismissed.
This is saying that the Left is adopting the Sarah Palin strategy of filing nuisance ethics charges against Brett Kavanaugh.
In fact, they are going to Cloward-Piven the nuisance complaints against Kavanaugh, in an attempt to bog down the Judicial Branch with these complaints.
There is only one path forward: The Chief Justice declares that the proper place for these complaints is the House of Representatives, where they can choose to start impeachment proceedings. Therefore, all complaints sent to the Judicial Branch will be discarded as irrelevant, since they are a non-partisan branch of the Constitutional republic.
