The comment section over at the Washington Compost is even more pathetic than the juvenile drivel you'd read over at democrat underground. And it's actually "moderated" by paid employees. Oh, and they also want you to send them a dollar. How pathetic.

The only reason they haven't gone bankrupt yet is because they receive large donations from left-wing extremist oligarchs like the former jewish Kapo, George Soros.

This is the left trying to do a Trump treatment on Kavanaugh. They believe this bogus BS will somehow delegitimize him. More moonbat posturing.

I don't trust Roberts either, however based on my quick skim of this article, it sounds like he did the right thing (short of flushing the charges). I read it that some Dem activists filed some nuisance complaints against Kavanaugh, because he said mean things (i.e., ‘the truth’ - albeit put pretty gently) about the Dems when he was getting slandered by them in the Committee hearings. The DC Appellate Court - where the complaints were filed - asked to be recused because they had all worked with Kavanaugh. So Roberts moved it to the Colorado Court. Sounds fine to me - assuming that he couldn't rule that the folks who brought these suits should be tarred and feathered.

The theory being floated around at the time of the Obamacare ruling was that the legitimacy of his children’s adoption was threatened.

Roberts votes for whoever holds the strings at the time. Now president Trump commands this marionette.

Yep. This isn’t the polluted halls of Congress. We are governed by the rule of law and Judge K has nothing to worry about in an honest courtroom.

The judge was nominated by W. Ashley was W’s secretary. Crossing fingers this is a good thing.

His kids are now 18 or within months of being 18. Once 18, “they” can’t hold the adoption over his head anymore.

The Colorado judge was appointed by W. Ashley Kavanaugh was W’s secretary. This could very well be the best judge to handle these charges.

Judicial complaints because the man defended himself against vile allegations. These should be summarily dismissed.

I agree saying he is gay because you didnt agree with his ruling is wrong. So what he had a male roommate after law school. Plenty of people do
Roberts remind me of a man I dated for many years. He was also a midwesterner from
Cedar Rapids, Harvard undergrad, accepted at harvard law but turned it down for univ of chicago cause his dad went there and would pay tuition. Midwesterner men are great and they are not in your face alpha males. Doesnt mean they are gay.

Hey. Maybe Roberts attended Catholic seminary for a while. Maybe the homo mafia that runs those places “indoctrinated” him and kept some “interesting” videos etc. Well? I mean we don’t know for sure.

Why would you say that?
////////////////////////////////

It’s about as likely an explanation as to Roberts vote on Obamacare as anything else. Not that he’s necessarily a homosexual but someone has something big on him. Either that or he is an illiterate moron.

You have recently seen just how evil these people can be. I’m guessing they have Sessions in a similar situation.

What do the complainants want reviewed; whether Kavanaugh did or did not black out while drinking in college?

His wife may have influenced his vote. The worst thing about obamacare was the individual mandate which is gone. I am in a blue state and we had generous medicaid long before obamacare.

He went to Malta to teach a course. Sessions is locked in the basement
