You should continue lurking more. Your “Christian Zionist” sentiments are more than harsh. Maybe we should burn gays at the stakes or mob them and beat them? Tell them to go away in your “charming” way because you don’t want their vote. Yup. Just play into the Democrat’s playbook that conservatives are hateful homophobes.

I have no problems with gay people who are discreet. I respect Log Cabin Republicans as does our POTUS. So long as gays don’t shove their crazier beliefs - like there is no gender foolishness - down my throat and believe they deserve special treatment, I tolerate and welcome them voting conservatively.

My late hairdresser was a conservative as was his partner. They loved Reagan and despised Bill and Hillary Clinton. One was from Arkansas and had some interesting tales to tell about the hypocritical politics the left pushes. Both guys abhorred the LGBTZ craziness that began about 10 years ago. They felt it would backfire on gays who just wanted to live their lives in peace. As a Christian I prayed for them. There was no hate in my heart even though I felt their lifestyle was not healthy spiritually or physically. Who am I to judge so long as they are peaceful and not in my face with their sexuality.
