The first problem is with calling that “creature” a “woman”....
In the video it is obvious that the boy’s hands never go near her. It appears that the backpack brushed against her butt.
She is an absolute nutcase crazy cat lady.
If he did (which he didn’t)....probably the only person who’s ever touched her. Never invited to a dance or prom, either, and wants to make a man’s life an absolute misery.

I was in a corner drug store. A woman was in front of me checking out. I was standing, I believed, a normal distance. I had no interest in her other than I had to wait for her to finish her transaction.
She turned around and accused me of 'breathing on her neck'.
I didn't deliberately breath on her neck nor did I believe was close enough to her for her to believe I was breathing on her neck.
Luckily nothing came of it other than her making the claim and her watching me until she left.
From what I saw earlier, the "female" part is in question.

Also, I’m sick of grown ups who can’t handle minor problems without calling the police. Seriously, in the old days, if a kid touched you, you’d just turn around and berate him or correct him.
Sounds like the boy is on his way to becoming a Supreme Court Justice. Maybe he’ll be the one to replace Ginsburg.
