The woman is a “female” and the boy is “male”.

As soon as she saw the boy’s backpack, she should have known what happened. I’ve had this happen a lot with careless adults wearing backpacks, but he’s just a kid.

The first problem is with calling that “creature” a “woman”....
In the video it is obvious that the boy’s hands never go near her. It appears that the backpack brushed against her butt.

I was in a corner drug store. A woman was in front of me checking out. I was standing, I believed, a normal distance. I had no interest in her other than I had to wait for her to finish her transaction.
She turned around and accused me of 'breathing on her neck'.
I didn't deliberately breath on her neck nor did I believe was close enough to her for her to believe I was breathing on her neck.
Luckily nothing came of it other than her making the claim and her watching me until she left.
