The new normal: Don't hire a woman
WND ^ | Patrice Lewis

Some time ago, Kyle S. Reyes, CEO of a company called the Silent Partner Marketing, got sick and tired of dealing with prospective employees who were a poor match with his business philosophy. “We get hundreds and hundreds of people reaching out to work for us,” he said. “I … realized it was a time suck on my staff and me to be weeding through endless piles of paper trying to find the handful of people who actually want to hustle for a living and would be a great fit for our company. So I’ve implemented something that is going to give HR managers and the PC Police night sweats. I lovingly refer to it as the Snowflake Test.”

The Snowflake Test, as it turns out, was a series of 30 questions designed to gauge an applicant’s views on such things as guns, faith, work ethic, morality, patriotism, company benefits, salaries, and similar tangible and intangible subjects.

The test was stunningly effective, even with people who never took it. A blizzard of snowflakes blasted Reyes for his insensitivity and demanded safe spaces from his triggering questions. “I was scolded by a woman on the phone yesterday who told me she wouldn’t take the test and ‘shame’ on me for making people take a test to come work for us,” he recalled. “She ‘demanded’ I remove the test or risk losing out on ‘perfect employees’ like herself.”

Meanwhile, Reyes was besieged by businesses requesting his list of questions so they, too, could implement their own Snowflake Tests.

““She ‘demanded’ I remove the test or risk losing out on ‘perfect employees’ like herself.””

The test worked as intended.

Don’t hire a black woman unless you’re positive you’ll never have to terminate her employment.

Remember just over a year ago when libs laughed about Pence never being alone with a woman? They were probably upset that they couldn't invent bogus sexual assault claims against him.

What a shame. It used to be that guys and gals (teens and adults) could be alone and it was no one's business if they have anything beyond a platonic relationship. I don't see how men and women can work together and totally trust each other in this environment.

Now that the Kavanaugh debacle revealed that millions of women think that “innocent until proven guilty” is not valid when a woman accuses a man of assault, men would be crazy not to avoid employing them.

I will take a few years, but women will come to realize that they’ve made a terrible mistake. My guess is that actual femininity will make a come back in 10 years or so.

My optometrist is a great guy who has built a thriving business over the last 25+ years. I was there in the last couple weeks and we talked about some of these issues. He’s wary as could be about these issues. Fortunately his daughter is following in his footsteps and is working in the business, which likely provides some protection should an insane female employee pop up.

There are women and then there are women

Think 9 to 5, think Violet.

Women like violet hold businesses together. Especially in international trade, the Violets do the tedious work of managing the serious documentation, the bills of lading, the letters of credit, the dock receipts. It must be perfect.

Finding a Violet among the current female detritus is I imagine a challenge

Isn’t it amazing how many of the 19th-century rules of social decorum are now being shown to have been based on logic and an accurate understanding of human nature, rather than mere ‘chauvinism’ or ‘bigotry’?

It shouldn't take but a minute for a sane, politically aware woman with sons (or with a healthy, normal marriage) to drop any relationship with the Democrat party.

Don’t hire ANYbody that looks like their name was chosen randomly from a Zimbabwe phone book, you can assume they are just “a lawsuit looking for a place to happen”.

In a number of ways, the 19th-century was a wonderful time. The British Empire was at its height, and America had a hugely booming economy (especially after the Civil War).

But we've been taught that the "Victorian Age" was all stuck-up and sexless and a really dark age in so many ways. Any good Progressive teacher will tell you all about it.

Likewise, the 1950s was a wonderful time. Great economic expansion, middle class values in ascendance, technical advances leading to a promising future. It was a great time. But we've been taught that it was all stuck-up and sexless and a really dark age in so many ways. Any good Progressive teacher will tell you all about it.

Almost makes you think the Progressives are trying to hide the truth about what makes a society successful (personal self control).

My wife has said the woman movement has screwed things up for at least two decades and probably a lot longer.
