Rahm Emanuel is so toxic that some other politicians do not want his campaign contributions! When did a Democratic official ever refuse cash?

"Ald. Roderick Sawyer (6th) is distributing the mayors check in $2,000 increments to ten community organizations and other groups in his ward that are working to stop the never-ending cycle of gang violence and train people for jobs." Vote buying with other people's money. Democrats specialty.

It no doubt belonged to the city’s treasury - not his personally.

“donating” or passing along the monies is still accepting it and doing some thing with it.
I think if someone receives money from someone they don’t want contribution from they should return money to the person its the only way to say you really did not accept the money.
