Young Virginia Voters Aren’t Sending In Their Ballots Because…

Democrats are already worried about turnout this November, particularly because polling shows that the youngest voters – college students in particular – are the least enthusiastic and the least likely to show up at the polls. That gap extends up through the age bracket of the youngest millennials but mostly focuses on what’s now being called Generation Z. In Virginia, however, it appears that enthusiasm isn’t the only problem they have. Young voters there are complaining that they can’t mail in their absentee ballots. Why? Because many of them can’t figure out where and how to purchase stamps to send snail mail.

Democrats are counting on Generation Z, many of whom recently gained the right to vote, to help turn Congress blue in the midterm elections.

But 49 cents may be all it takes to keep these post-Millennials from exercising their civic duty.

On Tuesday, a Fairfax County, Virginia official said they are noticing a disturbing trend: young people failing to mail in their absentee ballots because they don’t know how to get a stamp.

They can buy a book of stamps at any grocery store checkout lane, but then they'd be stuck with 19 other stamps they wouldn't know what to do with.

Hint... use them on Christmas cards to grandma and grandpa.

A: How incompetent do you have to be to not be able to buy a stamp?

B: How incompetent is the Democrat Party that they aren’t on every college campus handing out stamps?

If you can’t figure out how to mail a ballot, perhaps the Nation does not need to benefit from your vote.

Demoralization bites deep - especially when nobody is socialist/communist enough for their tastes and the current crew has let them down...bigly.

Why do I think this story is a prelude to email voting, and an entire new world of democrat voter fraud?

They can’t ask mom or dad?

More likely, college students aren’t doing absentee ballots in their state of residence, because they vote at their college campus residence, and are now worried about being prosecuted for vote fraud if they double-vote again.

Maybe the converse

They already registered in their home cities, perhaps also voted there.

So reluctant to sign and send in another postal voted at the school location.

Same here. I hope someone’s joking. I try not to make blanket statements about the younger generation, but if this is really true; OMG! That’s truly pathetic.
I already know many of that group cannot read a traditional clock with hands, as they have grown up surrounded by digital clocks.

Traditional clocks to some of the young might be like Roman Numerals were to my generation.
We used to say certain teachers had birth certificates with all the data written in Roman Numerals. Everybody laughed, well, except for the teacher.
