Because his attorney has threatened to subpoena every member, D & R, on the SSCI if he is charged with leaking. And the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence is positively the most corrupt mob in the District of Collusion.

Nah, the DOJ just doesn’t want to have to open up to the public all the nasty little illegal activities the DOJ and FBI were involved in and corresponded to the Committee on.
Specificly, when and what the Committee was told about the spying along with the internal conspiracy that Warner had with Steele himself.

So they allow a plea to claim they enforced the law, in the meantime the Russia Collusion BS continues and the swamp lives on.
