I read a report from an ex NASA guy a few years back that said sunspot activity has been decreasing for awhile but there seems to be a lull between the occurrence of sunspots and the reaction to it on earth. Their estimate was approx 25 years lag to see the full effect but as sunspot activity has been decreasing for over a decade we ought to see some effect in the next few years

Winter is not caused by decrease in solar activity but the angle of the Earth's rotational axis versus the direction to the sun.

But then again, does the Flat Earth even *have* a rotational axis or is that giant turtle sleeping?

Cooling trend? I believe it. It was in the single digits here yesterday morning. That is unusual for even mid winter here. This early in fall, practically unheard of.

Truth is that world agricultural output decreases logarithmically as world average temperature decreases. We could very soon see world wide mass starvation!

My son used to operate another solar observatory satellite, (SOHO) He told me the same thing. They saw very limited sunspot activity in the past few months. This global warming nonsense is over. Of course, now the libs will take credit for a naturally occurring cyclical phenomenon
