Democrats Gain Huge Fundraising Advantage in 2018 Elections

A flood of donations has allowed Democratic candidates to outspend GOP candidates by almost 2:1 in 80 competitive districts since July, according to an analysis by the Associated Press. The donations will allow Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s Democratic House candidates to spend $50 million on advertising more than GOP candidates in the run-up to election day, according to the Washington Post.

Much of the extra funding comes from small-dollar donations via the Act Blue website, which offers Democrats an easy way to direct donations to their favored local candidates. USA Today reported in August:

The group predicts donations will top $1.5 billion by year’s end, double the amount the fundraising clearinghouse processed in the 2016 election cycle. By comparison, it took ActBlue nearly 12 years – from its founding in June 2004 until March 2016 – to raise its first $1 billion.

I suspect that not much of it actually comes from ‘small donations’, but the Dems have figured out a way to obscure the money. O’Rouke is claiming his 38 million is from ‘small donations from Texans’. REALLY?? I seriously doubt that............

WACH FOR MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD!

They have nothing to lose and everythign to gain. We HAVE TO impress into them that vote fraud will be investigated and there will be mandatory jail time (even if there's not- we just need to scare them off as much as possible)

There will be no investigation of vote fraud if they manage to pull it off- they will be back in charge!

Why is no one talking about this???

Fools and their money are soon parted. They would be better off donating that money to charities. It will turn out that it was not money well spent.

It’s hard to fight that kind of money - but let’s not back down here.

There are a lot of candidates and incumbents out there who’ll gladly take your $15 or $50 donation to their campaigns. Here in Minnesota, I’ve donated to a number of them.

This IS how we fight back!

Throughout history campaigns that were outnumbered even worse have won when they held the high ground and had good tactics. The Democrats are burning a huge amount of their resources trying to convince voters that they are not really open borders socialists and globalists who disdain American heritage and culture. They are getting caught in lies and contradictions.

98% of Donald Trump’s 2020 donations are under $200.

98% of Democrat donations are over $200.

So which is the party of the little guy?

Money is to elections what power is to the speed of light. the faster you go, the amount of energy required to increase your speed increases exponentially (at least).

IOW, if both sides are well funded, it takes a heck of a lot more money to really make a difference. Not twice as much, but ten times as much and, often, even that isn’t enough.

If hitler had a son, how much money would it take to get him elected as leader of Israel?

It’s all coming from liberal businessmen who, like usual, don’t know how to invest.

You are right. In NJ a child molester, Bob Melendez, will be “reelected” to the US Senate despite an excellent campaign by his opponent. A statewide Republican candidate needs 57% of the vote on election day to overcome endemic, entrenched, systemic fraud in Democratic controlled urban areas.

RATS need all that money so they can buy outrageously priced TV time and column inches. It’s how they pay the MSM for its bias.

Sounds like a perfect storm. Flush with cash Democrats spending on a ‘Blue wave’ against a Red tsunami. We’re getting close to ebb tide about now.

Regardless of how they do the accounting for the source of all the money the Dems are spending-—the end result will be that the economy will continue to grow-—and they won’t be in power. The biggest question I have, as a bookkeeper, is are these candidate PAYING for their services & goods? HILLARY left may vendors & hall rentals UNPAID after she lost in the past.

Looks like corporate globalists are still funding the Dems. At least we know more clearly who the enemies of this country are.
