This is actually 2 years old. 4chan wanted to make the media outrage machine collapse by suggesting anything and everything was dog whistling for white supremacy. First it was the OK sign, then it was milk (because lactose intolerance is rare for Europeans), then a popular meme trash dove which was purple was secretly a Nazi Eagle, etc.
Yeah, both milk drinking and the OK symbol being white power were 4chan trolls. They just made it up and the left ran with it.
