Not looking good for Herr Mueller!

In a new court order Thursday, the Judge said Concord Managements conduct was not in violation of the law. That's funny, I must have missed this report on CNN while I was at the airport.

Next we’ll hear that Trump’s lack of criminal activity was actually a criminal conspiracy to avoid being caught and prosecuted for something.

If you decide to follow GP’s link to the document cloud to read the brief, I found clicking on the link to the right named ‘Original Document (PDF)’ produces a much more user adjustable, readable document.
(Which makes me wonder why GP linked to document cloud? Clicks, maybe? Why not link directly to the original PDF document?)
Agreed. Looks like Mueller, et al are in for some rough weather.

Yep, groundless accusations and even the absence of criminal activity are now enough to charge someone. You’re guilty simply because they say you are, and because they said it, its credible.

Now were seeing entities being charged with conduct that isnt criminal. Not the first time. Mueller routinely forces folks to plead guilty and, to lessen their sentences, they admit to doing things that aren't even crimes. Cohen and the federal election violations is a good example.

“The hallmark of a good criminal is the ability to cover his tracks and Trump's were very well covered indeed... so well covered that our investigations turned up nothing. Nevertheless, the rumors and innuendo that our associates spread about Trump was overwhelming, so when we couldn't anything at all on him we knew we were hot on the trail of a real high-level conspiracy. Our report is therefore based on the presumption of guilt, by way of overwhelming circumstantial evidence given by various third-parties with no personal connection to the Trump campaign and who were just sore about losing, whom we consider to be highly credible and impartial witnesses. We are determined that a lack of any specific allegation of wrongdoing will not prevent us from bringing this mentally incompetent international criminal mastermind to justice.”

Perhaps it’s not criminal. But it’s a conspiracy to do stuff that is not criminal. That’s completely different.

maybe we could just call it Ford’s Law

That's next Tuesday. Tick Tock! They better get busy.

A captive audience nonetheless. I am forever grateful to have cut cable to be rid of the prospect of CNN getting a dime of my money.

#6/ Right. Let’s call this the “Kavanaugh Syndrome”. You must be guilty if someone accused you of something but they don’t have to prove it. Just take their word for it (or mine, Christine Balless Ford).

Only until HGTV makes the airports a better offer.

Reminds me of the man-made global warming apologists. The problem is so insidious that it actually reveals itself through colder weather. Then they try to claim they have Science on their side. They don’t even have logic on their side.
