I would suggest that should be - Have stopped listening to the media. SO much fake news, most folks have decided it isn’t worth trying to sort the lies from the big lies from the merely stupid - and so have quit watching. A look ta the ratings for most ‘news’ channels and shows shows this to be more right than not.
Add in that most folks no longer trust *any* politician, and you can see where Trump gets high marks, despite the constant flood of negative press...
I tend to agree. Trump is more popular at this point than Obama was and the media was fellating Barack daily. Obviously the media’s power is waning.
