He’s doing this the right way, and getting political victories out of it too boot.

Take out the Front of the Bridge into Mexico. Can’t cross a bridge sections missing 3 miles of it. Bridges are cheap to rebuild in compassion to an INVADING HOARD’s damage to our Sovereignty or economy. They are far enough away the whole bridge wouldn’t collapse still.

An amusing hyperbole. No, President Trump should not skip any steps that can prevent a war.

It would be best if non-violent measures are tried first, and event better if they actually work.

But if they do not stop the invasion, then forceful, violent and even lethal measures will be appropriate. It won't take nukes, or event much in the way of conventional weaponry. Small arms and mobile reconnaissance forces at most will be sufficient.

But the organizers of this party are perfectly willing to sacrifice 10,000 peasants to make the American Government, and President Trump, look bad.

So be it.

If it goes that far, then we should also hunt down and kill the organizers of this event. This is war. Innocent people die in war. War really sucks. If we must do it, then go in without restraints and get it over with as quickly as possible.

In every thread you show just how little you know about this growing invasion. I've been involved since the 80's. That was when illegal Mexicans would use my gate toward Norte. This is a whole different matter.

I don't want our military strafing and killing innocent illegal civilians (bad guys notwithstanding). However, there are other means of horde/riot control. Think rubber/foam bullets/ tear gas cannons/ water cannons/ now microwave tech, and more non-lethal deterrents. SWAT forces have many such deterrents. Just a matter of having enough federalized National Guard in place with orders to open fire at will.

Executive Order #1 to National Guard. One foot across the border and they get a rubber bullet or bean bag or pepper-sprayed or if enough microwave machines, they get the heat of an oven in their face. All that will turn them back and bleeding hearts will have little to say. Just a matter of man-power.

I'm also good with regular Army. I don't believe "posse comitatus" would apply on our border. It would have nothing to do with the US military enforcing laws on US citizens.

Either you are with us against this exponentially growing invasion, or you are against us. If with us, got solution?
