Hard to really know what to believe, but what I’m hearing is that these were the worst, most obviously fake bombs ever created.
I’m trying to wrap my head around why anyone would do this in such a blatantly stupid manner.
The time-to-live of the average Dem hoax is getting shorter and shorter. Now a hoax at 9am is already unbelieved by the public by 5pm. They’re completely screwed, as they have nothing but hoaxes in their arsenal.

Where is it stated that the stamps were not cancelled on any of the packages, not just the hand-delivered CNN package.

Stamps never cancelled because they never went through the mail. Whoever made them simply delivered them to be “discovered.” And you can bet the people “discovering” them knew all about them beforehand.

You realize they don’t do that on a lot of packages now. If you try to reuse the stamps, they tear apart.
Packages like that would require hand stamping. No one is going to do that.
My bet is they inspect the packages for bombs BEFORE they do anything that might set off a bomb, like stamping them to cancel the stamps.

There should be video of the delivery of most of them. We need to make sure the 'authorities' know that we know.

I KNEW the minute the Deep State FBI got their hands on them, rather than a local bomb squad, we would never hear the truth about them; They will spin, obfuscate and lie to whatever suits their agenda at any moment.
It would take me about two minutes of examination to tell you for certain whether there was an actual explosive or deflagration substance inside them, whether there was an operational igniter/detonator as part of the device, and what the effective blast radius of the device was, if indeed they were capable of such.
