Hey, they seriously tried their best to present a comparability between fags and first time male blood donors. But you have to read deeper to find the "homophobia." :)
Another thing that I got out of the information release, is that
there is reduced occasions of infectious disease in new donors.
When a blood transfusion is needed, you don't get the opportunity to ask if the donor is new,
or whether the donor is a 'regular', or a 'paid donor', the later of whom are frequently life-support for the homeless.
Are IV blood transfusion containers marked or code identified on the bag as to the frequency of the donor ?
