I am there. I live in NC but am 3 hours away from Charlotte.
The weather here today is cold and rainy so it’s great that they have a big crowd for the rally.

The young lady doing the talking just said there is still room in the Bojangles Coliseum....am sure that’s because of the weather.
RSBN announcer just said that RSBN is going to be covering the Walkaway march tomorrow in DC!
I hope I can find that on the internet and will have a live thread going on here.

Well, actually, I am not physically able to attend one of these events.....but I will be looking for the Walkaway March coverage from RSBN and posting about it here..... :-)
What time is the Walk Away March? The weather will be awful in DC. Hopefully some of the people who were at the White House conference for young Black Leaders will attend. Maybe they were long-time Republicans and didn’t need to walk away from Dems though.

2. MARCH AND RALLY—SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27
• We have been cleared to announce our gathering point, march route, and rally location for the main
event on Saturday! We will gather at John Marshall Memorial Park on Saturday morning. Please
arrive at the park between 11-11:30AM. The address is Pennsylvania Avenue NW, between 4th and
5th streets, Washington, DC 20001.
• There will be a pre-rally celebration with live music and speakers starting at approximately 12PM
and running until 1:30PM. At that time we will line up and prepare for our march, which will be a
straight walk up Pennsylvania Avenue to Freedom Plaza. It is about a 20 minute walk, and it is just
about a mile. We will be accompanied by police escort, and there will be security from the MPD and
other agencies.
• When we arrive at Freedom Plaza, our Rally will begin. It will start at 2:30PM and continue until
5:30PM. There will be no food or drink sold at the rally. There will be portable restrooms available
for our guests.
It would be GREAT if Cspan is covering this March/Rally.
But if not, and if RSBN is covering it, that will be great too.
