I’ve been working with African-American women for over 17 years in one section of a major government agency and they have always done “incredible jobs” but we don’t view it that way, and neither do they.
We all view it as just doing our best, every day, and not expecting anyone to say that it was “an even more incredible job than you could ever imagine.”
That would be a horrible insult to their hard work at getting an education (often very advanced), mstering skills that I can hardly do, and being great friends and colleagues.
Looks like Donnelly will “use” minorities but he doesn’t understand that they are just like all good Americans.
