I practiced Primeary Care in a Central American country for over 4 years. I guarantee there is TB, HIV, LGV in that crowd and I wouldn’t be surprised to find Chagas, and Dengue fever not to mention malaria and Yellow Fever. New strains of hepatitis wouldn’t surprise me a bit.
President Trump with a group of physicians nearby should go on TV and tell the American people that this is a health crisis in addition to a national security issue.
There’s a polio-type disease going around as well that we can be sure came from some illegals.
