FULL TITLE: "New attacks on Mueller, coupled with rumors about Sessions and Rosenstein, highlight need for congressional protection"
New speculation that Attorney General Jeff Sessions will leave Donald Trump's administration after the midterm elections raises the stakes about the fate of the Russia investigation.
This week, The AP reported that Sessions’ allies are hoping that the White House permits a graceful exit from the Department of Justice, indicating that they believe that his departure is inevitable. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s days also may be numbered.
Congress cannot leave something as important as the special counsel’s investigation unprotected. Given Trump’s fickle nature, he very well could decide to initiate a sort of modern "Saturday Night Massacre" as President Richard Nixon did during Watergate.
To prevent the White House from such manipulations, Congress must require that the special counsel’s final report be made public. For the health of our country and to restore faith in our democracy the full truth about Russia’s attacks must be revealed. It’s up to members of both parties in the House and the Senate to adhere to a distinctly American principle: Nobody is above the law, not even the president.
Shining a light on the conduct of public officials is the best way to keep government clean.

Trump needs to fire Sessions in the most disrepectful way possible, preferably through a tweet. Sessions is a disgrace who recused himself from his job and made no effort whatsoever to clean up the rampant corruption in his own agency.

Big fails all around...save for maybe the Soros-funded caravan which has already backfired as a “sympathy ploy” as it’s way too obvious and most Americans are fed up with illegal immigration. There still could be pearl clutching, howling and fainting spells from the left should the caravan invaders get out of hand and attack our troops on the border. That's odd -- I don't recall the nonstop false accusations against Brett Kavanaugh being characterized as "an attack" by the Partisan Media Shills at NBC or any other fake news source.

lol. Mueller & his Dem team didn’t even investigate the Clinton/DNC/foreign agent/Russian collusion against Donald Trump, so there’s fat chance anything could be revealed from that bunch.
however, one day, the truth will come out and there will be some accountability.
:^) We have a very patient President, and he's tougher than depleted uranium. He'll keep feeding them rope, and the Demagogic Party will continue to undermine itself for another couple of years. After Trump's reelection the DNC talking point will change immediately, claiming he's a lame duck. In 2022 they'll be trying to explain why a lame duck has been continually beating their bare asses in front of the nation and the entire world.
Then he'll travel to Stockholm to receive his Peace Prize.
The truth about Russia's attacks have already been revealed -- there WERE none. The whole thing is a smear from beginning to end, and the groundwork was laid ILLEGALLY by the DNC and the Hitlery campaign, DURING the campaign. All the Demwits involved belong in prison.
