I would add Hispanics have left their country in order to escape the corruption and laziness of their former countrymen and don't want the "fence jumpers" to ruin their new homeland. Blacks see the new immigrants as a threat to their place on the rung on society's ladder.

My brother's wife is an Hispanic and their family all did it the right way.

It was hard and a long process but they worked hard and kept their noses clean and never took a dime from their adopted homeland.

Good people, the kind you'd want to be your neighbors.
