WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump is headed back out on the campaign trail with rallies Friday in West Virginia and Indiana. In Indiana, he'll have help from Hall of Fame basketball coach Bob Knight, who coached the Indiana University Hoosiers.
Trump teased Knight's appearance in a tweet, saying: "Don't tell anyone (big secret), but I will be bringing Coach Bobby Knight to Indiana. He's been a supporter right from the beginning of the Greatest Political Movement in American History!"
Trump, Knight and Vice President Mike Pence will be stumping Friday for Republican Mike Braun, who is running against Sen. Joe Donnelly, D-Ind.
In West Virginia, Trump is campaigning for Republican Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, who is in a tight race with Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va.

The one in Southport Indiana (a southside suburb of Indianapolis) is at 7:00 PM. I know this because I live in Southport just a couple of miles from the High School where the President will appear. Both my kids graduated from Southport H.S.

I would rather see Gene Keady there, but for this Knight is OK. Let’s hope Indiana does the right thing and sends Mike Braun to DC.

It’s funny how much Mike Leach even sounds like Bobby Knight when he talks. It must have been a hoot when both were coaching at Texas Tech.
Seems kind of an oxymoron to connect Bob Knight with seats anywhere. Besides, how can people sit on them as they rattle across the floor? They always need as many as they can get for Trump rallies. Never enough.
