Are the French trying to interfere in our election? Did anyone tell Mueller? 😁

Nearly six million Americans are excluded from voting because they are imprisoned, on parole or awaiting sentencing.

Do the crime, do the time.

Jefferson S. will get right on that.

I forget which state it was, but the left organizing a law suit against voter ID had to use some retired nuns as their stalking horse because they couldn’t find anyone else without ID.

“African Americans, who are overrepresented in the US penal system...”

That’s because blacks are vastly over-represented in the population that commits crimes.

I guess all Europeans are permitted to vote in French elections.

" The implication is that criminals are Democrats. We agree!"

You got that right!!

Isn't it funny how the DemonRats are always concerned about the voting rights of fringe, nefarious people like felons and non-US citizens (illegal aliens)? It's where they do their recruiting for the next group of plantation slaves. The blacks are getting wise to their lies, nearly 40% approve of the job PDJT is doing, so they need to look farther and under every rock for the next batch they can sweet talk, with our money in many cases, to get them to climb onto the DemonRat Wagon.

AFP is famous for fiddling in politics the world over, typically with a liberal slant of course. They shine up to every socialist/communist/totalitarian in Southeast Asia.

It's a pity they don't call attention to the death spiral that their soy boy Macron is putting France into....?

Simple solution - Minorities should start a movement to not commit any crimes in order to drop that number so they can vote. Change gang initiations from murdering a rival to getting an "I Voted" sticker.

When you have shown that you lack the moral character and judgment to follow the law, you should not be allowed to vote and influence the lives of law abiding people.

Truth is, anyone with a driver's license or a state ID can vote. It's only a crime if you get caught.

Did anyone ask for your birth certificate when you registered to prove citizenship? Did anyone ask for a criminal background check to prove you weren't a felon? I wasn't asked for any of these items.

All I had to do to register to vote was show acceptable state identification.

Laughable BS.

Don’t commit felonies and you will not lose your voting rights.

I do not buy the claim that blacks or minorities are somehow uniquely incapable of getting a state ID or that they don’t have them already. Its damn near impossible to live without a government ID of some sort as it is. It costs maybe $10 to get a state ID. In fact, most Blacks according to polls support voter ID.

Oh and as for the claim that requiring a state ID suppresses votes, I would say that every fraudulent ballot cast effectively denies a citizen of their vote by cancelling out their ballot. There is far far more voter fraud than there are non Felon US Citizens who can’t manage to get an ID and vote and who want to vote.

"...African Americans, who are overrepresented in the US penal system, are four times more likely to be unable to vote than the rest of the population,..."

But blacks are eight times more likely to take a life than whites or Asians. So it seems to me they're overrepresented on the voting rolls, not on the prison rolls.

On top of which, 40-50% of prison inmates in France are Muzzys compared to 8-10% of the population. So come back to talk to us once you've got your own 4-to-1 imbalance with the Mohammedans straightened out.
