I’ll bet it wouldn’t be long before FR membership would be a flag to stop you from buying a gun.
I just checked my FR account. My real name isn't listed there. Someone would have to force entry into FR's secure database to find my email address, then force my email provider to give up my name to them.
Violating the 4th Amendment to such a degree would spark a backlash of epic proportions.
