My guess?
POTUS will take them on AF1, regardless if it is one of the 747's. I don't think either has flown on it, that is the icing on the cake for them. How they get to a location to fly on it is their issue, my guess is they fly to DC on their own Jets and join him..

New details on President Trump’s Monday rally in Cape Girardeau
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO. – President Trump will be making a second appearance in Missouri on Monday, November 5th. The president will be making a campaign stop in support of Missouri Republican Josh Hawley and other candidates in Cape Girardeau.
The rally is scheduled for 9 p.m. at the Show Me Center located at 1333 North Sprigg Street.
Doors to the rally are slated to open at 6 p.m.
Monday’s rally is also going to feature Rush Limbaugh, & Sean Hannity.
Lee Greenwood will perform ‘God Bless the U.S.A.’
Fox 2 will have live reports from Cape Girardeau Monday evening.

Wow, I don't recall Rush ever going out on a campaign trail to help a political candidate......Because this is his home town, that might have something to do with it.
As a side note, I wonder why Hannity hasn't followed Rush's action and moved out of New York to avoid the huge taxes.....
