During a November 4 appearance on CNN’s State of the Union Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams (D) admitted that a possible outcome of her gun control plans could be that “people would turn their guns in.”
Tapper reminded the viewing audience that Abrams co-sponsored Georgia HB 731 on January 2016. He pointed out that Abrams’ co-sponsors admitted the bill would “require gun owners of these particular models to turn their guns in.”
Abrams did not try to hide her support for HB 731, rather, she said that was simply the beginning of “a conversation.” She then made clear that as her control push continues it is still unknown if the outcome will be “grandfathering in, about whether or not people would turn their guns in, whether there would be buybacks.”

She’s running as though for mayor of Atlanta, not in a state-wide race. Between this and the pictures of the armed Black Panthers campaigning for her, Abrams will generate the largest white and pro-gun voter turnouts in generations.

ANY Gun Owner that votes for a Democrat, or sits out an election because so-and-so Republican isn’t BRIGHT RED enough for them deserves to have the state take their guns away from them, using lethal force if necessary.
If people here CANNOT FIGURE OUT that even Susan Collins and Jeff Flake voted for Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and that NO DEMOCRAT WOULD EVER DO THAT (including Manchin, by the way), then sorry, you don’t deserve to own firearms.
(same for the House, by the way - you may not like RINOs there, but they STILL will not vote for Pelosi as Speaker)
