I did some volunteering over there for wayward yoots and still do from time to time.
The only thing white for a mile on either side of me are some of the fences to the shelters. :)

Brother that ship sailed a long time ago.
Maybe a few friends when I worked in Manhattan that were dems. Work colleagues.
Now I work in a Staten Island office and NO ONE is a dem, NO FRIEND is a dem, NO FAMILY is a dem.
The ONE person who is an old friend of my aunts and mom’s I can’t even stay in the same room with.
But I invited her to my 50th cause I knew she gave great gifts :)

Virtue signaling female independents in Florida are voting for the communist crook Gillum over DeSantis according to polls, most polls have Gillum ahead but DeSantis within the margin of error. Yet the race is a toss-up according to these same polls. Supports the belief that the polls are political propaganda tools.
Tomorrow will tell. Get out and vote if you haven’t voted via early voting or mail-in.
I voted last weekend, but live in ‘occupied territory,’ so it usually doesn’t matter.
The democrats have lost 1/3rd of the black vote.
They have lost 15-20 percent of the hispanic vote.
They have lost most working white males.
They have lost most white women, with a working white male son, husband... and they could not afford that.
They are polling. if a suspected white male answers they hang up, immediately, almost all the time... they collect what they can from each demograpic... and may have to contact 1000 households to collect the outliers they were looking for... THEN out of those many many queries at random, they cherry pick enough of each category, to push the poll.
And they include only THOSE cherry picked poll subjects as their sample taken at random. Random yes, the 10000, but cherry picked down to 500 and reported as a “random sampled” control... more properly named “random cherry picked and sorted to provide a false cross tabulation.”
Its not hard.

I’m 70 and have what amounts to SINGLE payer health care. Medicare/Tricare Life as hubby is Ret. Navy SCPO. I HATE IT. WE HAVE FEW CHOICES. HOOPS to go through that are needless. Lots of stuff that is medical NOT covered. NO RIGHT TO APPEAL. TRICARE BALKS AT CERTAIN MEDS I NEED. BECAUSE THEIR NEGOTIATED PRICES ARE TO HIGH AT PRIVATE PHARMACIES, EVEN HIGHER if you are in Hospital. WE ARE FORCED TO USE THE MILITARY BASE PHARMACY for them, that I don’t mind, but considering their restricted down time it’s not always convenient. Coming ouT of the ER you need the MED NOW, NOT 3 DAYS FROM NOW IF IT HAPPENS FRI AFTER 3 PM. OR FED HOLIDAYS. Or the CRAPPY EXPRESS SCRIPTS THAT TAKES 2 WEEKS. HEAVEN FORBID I NEED THEM IF I GO TO THE HOSPITAL.
The last 3 ER Trips have been HELLISH NIGHTMARES! Sessions can shove his Ibuprofen or aspirin where the Sun doesn’t shine. I’m a Gastro/Cardio patient, I don’t need a bleeding ulcer to go with the other 5 GI conditions.
This FAKE OPIOID crisis built on LIES, FAKE Stats, and now Draconian laws will have seniors thinking twice or the Chronically ill. I’M TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL AT THE DOCTORS AND ER. FEAR NEEDING SURGERY AS THEY WON’T CONTROL PAIN, will be thinking twice who to vote for. Plus all this talk by McConnell-GOP of Gutting Medicare again. Don’t tell me it’s broke when there is a $65 Billion FRAUD ISSUE TO BE FIXED. Like kicking off Illegals and fakes on DSSI.
