I’m 70 and have what amounts to SINGLE payer health care. Medicare/Tricare Life as hubby is Ret. Navy SCPO. I HATE IT. WE HAVE FEW CHOICES. HOOPS to go through that are needless. Lots of stuff that is medical NOT covered. NO RIGHT TO APPEAL. TRICARE BALKS AT CERTAIN MEDS I NEED. BECAUSE THEIR NEGOTIATED PRICES ARE TO HIGH AT PRIVATE PHARMACIES, EVEN HIGHER if you are in Hospital. WE ARE FORCED TO USE THE MILITARY BASE PHARMACY for them, that I don’t mind, but considering their restricted down time it’s not always convenient. Coming ouT of the ER you need the MED NOW, NOT 3 DAYS FROM NOW IF IT HAPPENS FRI AFTER 3 PM. OR FED HOLIDAYS. Or the CRAPPY EXPRESS SCRIPTS THAT TAKES 2 WEEKS. HEAVEN FORBID I NEED THEM IF I GO TO THE HOSPITAL.
The last 3 ER Trips have been HELLISH NIGHTMARES! Sessions can shove his Ibuprofen or aspirin where the Sun doesn’t shine. I’m a Gastro/Cardio patient, I don’t need a bleeding ulcer to go with the other 5 GI conditions.

FEAR NEEDING SURGERY AS THEY WON’T CONTROL PAIN, will be thinking twice who to vote for. Plus all this talk by McConnell-GOP of Gutting Medicare again. Don’t tell me it’s broke when there is a $65 Billion FRAUD ISSUE TO BE FIXED. Like kicking off Illegals and fakes on DSSI.
