Why not play music by the artists who support him? (Or, at least, the artists who aren’t complaining?)

Mr. President, please play their music! Let’s support them in return.

“Rihanna was tipped off by Washington Post White House bureau chief Philip Rucker.”

The RAT is a rat.

O Rly?

Why is it then that I hear ‘You can’t always get what you want’ as the closing song at a Trump rally?

Speak for yourself.

I don’t like either of them.

I heard them playing Streisand. Gave me a chuckle.

My understanding is that if you pay the standard royalty they can’t stop you.

Trump coordinators can avoid this by searching out artists of like minds and leave these fake phony frauds of so called music these days to the snowflake crybabies and the brain dead.

George Harrison and Luciano Pavarotti are dead. Did someone hold a seance and get a complaint?

Prince is pretty dead too last time anyone checked.

If her songs were for sale and Trump bought a license to play them, nothing she can do but stomp her feet.

I love it. I love that he plays music by Leftists against their wishes.

I hope he keeps doing it until they turn purple in hatred and frustration and their eyes bug out.

Trump knows how to troll them!

You can play copyrighted music in the public domain as long as you secure permission from the artist and pay appropriate royalty fees.””’

I don’t think anyone needs permission from the artist.

Once the artist puts the product out, the fees have to be paid....nothing else.

Otherwise, an ‘artist’ could hold up the use for as long as they wanted.

Prince died in April of 2016

I saw in another article that it was "the estate of Prince" that complained (after taking the money, of course). I'm sure it's that same with the others.

If you can make a song from that crap that people will buy, there has to be some type of genius in there.

You no longer need to sell any product to have a “hit”.

75% of the industry is streaming now.

Drake got a platinum ranking with NO sales.
