We received notice by mail from the new governor of New Jersey- he passed a new law- once you have asked for a mail in ballot, you will ALWAYS receive a mail in ballot for every election. Not sure of the reasons.

and if you do vote by mail one time, you have to notify in writing to stop the mail in ballots or they will continue.
