I hope it was as beautiful a day there as it was here. Perfect weather for a romp at the lake with Gizmo.
Ready for the cold? It’ll reach you before it hits us this weekend. I’m not ready at all! LOL
All I can say is bring it on. I have my winter weather gear.((LOL))
I haven’t heard of any injuries but I don’t see how there could be none after what we saw. Only one death in TN that I’m aware of and that was north of us. Considering how many tornado warnings popped up as the system roared through, that’s a miracle.
Ghost and his beautiful little family. I gather Midnight has finally cooled his jets since they’re all there together - - he isn’t running the others off from the food any more.
Hey, would you do me a favor and just keep the cold there at your place? LOL!
Sorry to hear there was a death. Was it a direct result of the tornadoes?
I think Midnight is confused. He can’t guard both dishes, so he just eats. Which works for the rest of them. LOL!
It’s supposed to get colder tomorrow. I haven’t heard any wind howling, so maybe the cold front is going to sneak in.
Hate to run, but I guess I’d better head out. I’m kind of sleepy tonight and didn’t sleep well last night. Didn’t help that Peaches was wanting attention 1/2 the night. LOL!

It was most definitely a direct result. The tornado that went through that area picked up the whole house - and it was a LARGE house - from the foundation and flipped it over on its roof. It’s one of the most bizarre things I’ve seen a tornado do.
Glad your solution is working out so well. When in doubt, eat. LOL
We’ll get a bit of rain Thurs. and Fri., then the cold. It was fairly warm today but we’re cooling off now for the next couple of days. It’s going to get colder this weekend with lows around freezing. We’ll finally have to turn on the gas heater.
Hope you get a better night’s sleep tonight.
I’m about to crash and burn too. I didn’t go to bed until 7 a.m. and got up at 11:30. Last night had both of us pretty rattled.
Wet weather ahead the next few days but at least there aren’t any storms with it. We’ll take it. :-)

LOL! I woke up earlier than intended and had a few minutes to check up on news. Couldn’t believe the 50 sat there unclaimed for so long.
Whew, wish I COULD binge-watch old tv shows today. Too cold, damp, and windy outside to want to go anywhere but go, I must. Gotta get the grocery shopping done. :-(
Thanks for “taking care of business” before taking off on your appointed rounds! LOL! I know you’ll be happy to get back and spend the rest of the chilly day cuddled with kittehs. :)
That’s what I’ll be doing in a bit. Just getting lunch and chores finished up.
